Tantra for Women
 Tantra for Women was the true reason behind the creation of milk & honey tantra studio.
I passionately believe once women rediscover their true sensuality and sexuality, when they understand and learn to connect to and harness their sexual energy, their lives will become rich and overflowing with love, health, happiness and empowerment.
The Workshops, Parties, Classes and Sessions are designed for women of all ages (over 18), for mothers, daughters, pre/post and present menopausal, from the sexually adventurous to the inhibited to those who haven’t had sex at all (or in a very long time), married or single and every personality, religion, creed, colour and views who share a common bond:
- A yearning to learn about their sexual energy
- To break free from their sexual conditioning so they can have fantastic lovemaking experiences
- To find a holistic way to heal and harmonise themselves and their relationships
- Discover the keys to unlocking their natural orgasmic nature
- Find themselves, build self-confidence and improve libido
- Learn how to make a man a better lover i.e. last longer, be harder, connect
- And finally, learn that there is “more” to sex that just the physical act
Workshops
Workshops are a chance to relive the ancient rites of womanhood through the sacredness of coming together united to learn, to share, to laugh, to cry, to heal, to smile, to bond and above all, to love.
There is no nudity involved so they suit every woman from the extrovert to the introvert. The groups are kept to a maximum of 8 women to ensure everyone gets to be interactive.

- Orgasm for Women
Did you know there are 7 different orgasms women can experience? Particularly recommended for women who want to know more ways to experience orgasm, rather than just through the clitoris. We discuss and debate (amongst great giggles and intrigue) all this and more, including easy ways to “let orgasm just happen”.
- Tantric tips
Fun, yet seductively potent, tips to improve your lovemaking tricks such as 10 ways to stroke your man’s Lingam, extend your orgasm, help him last longer, to feel more love from your man and to improve your , or your lover’s, libido!
What do I bring? Just wear something comfortable that you can sit, stand and lie down in. Adorn yourself with something simple that makes you feel like a woman such as a pair of beautiful earrings, necklace, scarf, lipstick or bracelet (just to name a few). A pen and paper would also be great. For larger groups mats and cushions are provided but if they are smaller you may need to bring a cushion. Refreshments will be provided.

Tantra Parties
For groups of friends, who would love to get a bit more spice in their life, you can arrange a private tantra party, which can be held either in your own home or the studio.
These are great fun for bridal showers, hen’s days or giving your girlfriend a boost after a break-up or divorce. The Parties will arm you with everything you need to know about becoming a Tantric Sex Goddess. Blow his mind when you can give him an orgasm without him ejaculating!!

Tantric Meditation Classes
These classes are similar to normal meditation classes, where we tap into your sexual energy through simple awareness exercises to allow it to flow through the body, rejuvenating the body, mind and spirit, improving libido, rewiring your body so you can enjoy sex more and take your lovemaking to another level.
These classes are clothed, relaxing and completely non-confrontational. Recommended for those who are a little shy or hesitant in starting the tantric journey, are short on time or like to stay tuned to their energy.

Women Sessions
Private Sessions provide an opportunity for deep healing, and to learn at your own pace, focusing on issues that are important to you that you may not want to share with others.

This session teaches you everything you need to know to begin your tantric journey, includes all topics from Workshops (see Workshops for more details). No nudity is required.

Healing and Awakening with Tantric Massage
Tantric massage is a beautiful way to awaken the senses, tune into your inner divine feminine and move your own sexual energy, which is pure life force (prana), through your body to heal old traumas, stored emotion and blockages.
